This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements our Terms of Use and outlines acceptable and prohibited uses of the JustFund.Us platform and services (“Service”). This is not an exhaustive list. JustFund.Us (“JustFund,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may update this AUP from time to time at its discretion, and you are encouraged to review it regularly.  

If we determine that you or your authorized users have violated this AUP or engaged in activity that poses a risk to others, to JustFund, or to the Service, we may suspend or terminate access. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms of Use.

You Will:

• Comply with the Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to intellectual property, data, privacy, and export control.

• Upload and share only content for which you have all necessary rights, and only in accordance with applicable law.

• Use reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access or use of your account.

• Keep login credentials confidential and monitor all activity under your account.

• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or illegal activity involving your account.

• Comply with all applicable terms of any third-party applications integrated with the Service.

You Will Not:

• Allow anyone other than authorized users to access your account.

• Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions or use another person’s account or share yours.

• Upload or transmit any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content (including malware or malicious code).

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or otherwise attempt to access the Service’s source code, except as expressly permitted by law.

• Launch denial-of-service attacks or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

• Interfere with or impair the Service’s operation or other users’ access.

• Use manual or automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to monitor, copy, or extract data from the Service without written consent.

• Use the Service to harm minors or target individuals under eighteen (18).

• Benchmark, test, or analyze the Service for competitive purposes without JustFund’s prior written consent.

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices.

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or deceptive communications (including “spoofing” or “phishing”).

• Send spam, promotions, or unsolicited communications.

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service.

• Use contact or user information obtained from the Service outside the platform without permission.

• Export, republish, or otherwise use Platform Data except in unmodified form and solely to share with prospective donors or your organization’s governing or advisory bodies for evaluating grants. Platform Data may not be used to enrich external databases or services.

• Use the Service, any output of the Service, or any Platform Data to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, system, or dataset, except with JustFund’s prior written consent.

• Submit, upload, or input into any AI feature integrated with the Service any third-party confidential information, personal information of others, or content for which you do not have all necessary rights.

• Use any AI feature of the Service to generate content that is deceptive, infringing, defamatory, or that misrepresents AI-generated material as human-authored where doing so is unlawful or violates the Terms of Use.

• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate any AI model, prompt, system instruction, or training data underlying the Service, or engage in prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other adversarial activity against AI features.

• Authorize or enable any third party to violate this AUP.

Platform Data

“Platform Data” means any data, content, materials, or information made available through the Service, including without limitation: (a) Proposals, applicant information, grantmaker information, and User Contributions of other Members; (b) any aggregated, derived, analytical, or statistical data produced by JustFund from use of the Service; and (c) any reports, exports, or outputs generated through the Service, whether downloaded, displayed, or transmitted. Platform Data does not include data you originated and uploaded to the Service that is exclusively your own.

Reporting Violations

To report a suspected violation of this AUP, please contact us at legal@justfund.us. JustFund may use automated and manual methods to detect and respond to violations, and may take any action it deems appropriate, including warning, suspension, or termination of access. JustFund’s remedies under this AUP are in addition to those available under the Terms of Use and applicable law.

Conflict with Terms of Use

This AUP supplements the Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use control. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this AUP have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.
