Core:

1. Platform Access: Access to the JustFund platform and features for a 12-month term starting on the Effective Date.

2. Implementation & Onboarding: Access to the Customer Onboarding Guide and one 1-hour Onboarding Meeting.

3. Support: Support includes technical and product-related questions for you, your applicants, and grantees via chat or email during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST, excluding holidays). Expected response time: 1 business day.

   1. This does not include strategic advising or any form of managed services.

4. Applicant Access: Applicants can apply to your grant cycles and search for additional funding opportunities using the JustFund Common Application.

5. Resources & Training: Access to the JustFund Help Center, video tutorials, and monthly webinars covering support, best practices, and platform use.

6. Permitted User Licenses: Up to 25 authorized users may access the platform under this plan. To increase the number of users, a Change Order must be submitted as outlined in Section E. If the limit is exceeded without approval, JustFund may (a) charge additional fees or (b) suspend Services until a Change Order is approved.

7. Additional Services: As listed in JustFund’s then-current service menu (justfund.us/pricing/#servicemenu) and this Order Form. Services outside this scope are not included.

   
   

Core+ includes Core and:

1. Advanced Support: Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, metrics, and strategic alignment, 1:1 assistance for product set up, configuration, and issue resolution with a Client Success Manager. Not to exceed 10 hours a year.

   
   

Core+ Wallet:
Core+ Wallet includes everything in Core+, plus the ability to recommend grants through your JustFund Wallet.

1. Advanced Support: Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with your Client Success Manager to assess performance, metrics, and strategic alignment and up to 4 meetings per year for product set up, configuration, and issue resolution.
   
   

2. Grant Recommendations & Disbursement: As a Wallet client, you may recommend grants from your Wallet account via the platform. JustFund will review and distribute grant recommendations in accordance with the Wallet Addendum attached to your Order Form. JustFund owns the Fund and has full control over its assets and income. Distributions are made at JustFund’s discretion for charitable purposes, primarily to U.S. public charities.

Widget:

1. Widget enables JustFund to accept and process credit card–based donations from individual donors, donor-advised funds ("DAFs"), and private and public foundations, with such funds deposited into Customer's JustFund Wallet, net of processing fees, chargebacks, and refunds.

Thrive:

1. Thrive provides Customer's designated partners with access to expert-led training sessions, self-guided courses, and one-on-one coaching covering grantwriting, fundraising, and storytelling. Thrive includes standardized pre-program and post-program surveys and associated aggregated engagement analytics made available to Customer for monitoring grantee participation and outcomes. Provider does not guarantee any specific participant outcome, funding result, or skill acquisition resulting from participation in Thrive programming.

   
   

Aligned Giving/Network:

1. Aligned Giving enables two or more funders ("Network Members") to participate in a shared network account through which each Network Member may view other Network Members' grant submissions and associated funding data for purposes of strategic coordination, avoidance of duplicative funding, and collective impact reporting. Each Network Member retains sole authority and control over its own grantmaking decisions and recommendations, criteria, and processes; Aligned Giving does not create joint decision-making authority, pooled funds, or shared liability among Network Members.

Change Orders:

1. Any modification to this Order Form requires a Change Order. To request a Change Order, Customer must email contracts@justfund.us. JustFund will provide a Change Order Document. Customer must complete all fields in the Change Order Document and submit it with any additional information reasonably requested by JustFund. JustFund may accept or reject any Change Order at its sole discretion. Change Orders may incur additional fees, which Customer agrees to pay if the Change Order is accepted. A Change Order that complies with this section and is accepted in writing by JustFund becomes an amendment to this Order Form and is part of the Agreement.
