JustFund Service Descriptions

  1. Core:

    A. Platform Access: Access to the JustFund platform and features for a 12-month term starting on the Effective Date.

    B. Implementation & Onboarding: Access to the Customer Onboarding Guide and one 1-hour Onboarding Meeting.

    C. Support: Support includes technical and product-related questions for you, your applicants, and grantees via chat or email during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST, excluding holidays). Expected response time: 1 business day.

    1. This does not include strategic advising or any form of managed services.

    D. Applicant Access: Applicants can apply to your grant cycles and search for additional funding opportunities using the JustFund Common Application.

    E. Resources & Training: Access to the JustFund Help Center, video tutorials, and monthly webinars covering support, best practices, and platform use.

    F. Permitted User Licenses: Up to 25 authorized users may access the platform under this plan. To increase the number of users, a Change Order must be submitted as outlined in Section E. If the limit is exceeded without approval, JustFund may (a) charge additional fees or (b) suspend Services until a Change Order is approved.

    G. Additional Services: As listed in JustFund’s then-current service menu (justfund.us/pricing/#servicemenu) and this Order Form. Services outside this scope are not included.


  2. Core+ includes Core and:

    1. Advanced Support: Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, metrics, and strategic alignment, 1:1 assistance for product set up, configuration, and issue resolution with a Client Success Manager. Not to exceed 10 hours a year.


  3. Core+ Wallet includes Core+ and:

    1. Advanced Support: Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, metrics, and strategic alignment, 1:1 assistance for product set up, configuration, and issue resolution with your Client Success Manager. Not to exceed 10 hours a year.

    B. Grant Recommendations: Ability to recommend grants from your JustFund Wallet Account for approval and distribution by JustFund, in accordance with the DAF Addendum.


  4. Change Orders: Any modification to this Order Form requires a Change Order. To request a Change Order, Customer must email contracts@justfund.us. JustFund will provide a Change Order Document. Customer must complete all fields in the Change Order Document and submit it with any additional information reasonably requested by JustFund. JustFund may accept or reject any Change Order at its sole discretion. Change Orders may incur additional fees, which Customer agrees to pay if the Change Order is accepted. A Change Order that complies with this section and is accepted in writing by JustFund becomes an amendment to this Order Form and is part of the Agreement.
