About This List

This list identifies the third-party service providers and sub-processors that JustFund uses to operate the Platform and deliver the Service to our Members and users (collectively, "Sub-Processors"). This list is referenced in the JustFund Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

"Sub-Processor" is used here to refer to any third party that processes personal information on behalf of JustFund, including parties that may be referred to as "service providers" under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act, "processors" under other U.S. state privacy laws, or "sub-processors" under the General Data Protection Regulation.

JustFund maintains a written agreement with each Sub-Processor that requires the Sub-Processor to handle personal information in accordance with applicable law and JustFund's instructions. JustFund remains responsible for the acts and omissions of its Sub-Processors with respect to the personal information they process on JustFund's behalf, as provided in JustFund's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Notification of Changes to This List

JustFund updates this list as Sub-Processors are added, removed, or changed. Where required by applicable law or contract, JustFund will provide advance notice of material changes to this list. To receive notifications of updates, contact privacy@justfund.us.

Current Sub-Processors

The current list of Sub-Processors is set forth in Exhibit A, which follows on the next page in landscape format for readability.

Type Definitions

Embedded: A Sub-Processor that JustFund has selected and integrated into the Platform as part of providing the Service. Users do not separately choose to engage these Sub-Processors; they are necessary for the Platform to function.

Connected (user-elected): A third-party service that a user has chosen to connect to the Platform through an optional integration. Use of these services is at the user's discretion and is also governed by the user's separate relationship with the third-party provider.
